I’m a fan of Robin Williams. His funny movies, not his creepy movies. This movie was pretty good. The jokes from it are recycled. I’ve atleast heard him use them before. The plot has some weak points. The movie is about how a comedian with his own political talk show runs for president and wins because of a computing error. The computer error arises because instead of having a normal ballot system with pencils and paper the government tries out an automated system. The automated system leaves no paper trail, which is highly unlikely, and only one lone employee realizes the error but the company that designed the software basicly tries to kill her. I forget who “her” is. The actress that plays the employee isn’t bad. However the character is beyond annoying. She’s so hesitant and daft. The algorithmic error she finds in the software is highly improbable as well. So Robin Williams and his band of comedic handlers are enjoyable to watch but the surrounding conspiratorial plot is a little retarded.
