Some former ECE classmates got together for some food and catching uppings at Paragon on Monday. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves. There were a few in the bar area but we were the only ones dining I think. You can read Vince’s post. We had a nice time. The restaurant was decorated convincingly enough but the food plating was disappointing. I swear they used frozen vegetables but I could be wrong. It was ok food. Nothing spectacular. I think I’m adventurous when I dine out. I like to see things on the menu that I could never make or would never bother making because I can tell it would take too long. Paragon serves souvlaki, ribs, steak, etc. Their salad had old lettuce.
If you’re into bland safe food you might like it more than I did.
